Confidentiality Policy

College Of The Open Bible is the sole owner of the information collected on this site.  We only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. It is our policy that personal information, such as your name, postal and e-mail address or telephone number, is private and confidential. Accordingly, the personal information you provide is stored in a secure location, is accessible only by designated staff, and is used for *promotional and for the purposes for which you provide the information (such as to reply to your request or to handle your inquiry). 

No Release of Information to Third Parties

Personal information will not be released to third parties except to further the purpose for which you provide the information, There are no other circumstances under which we will provide or sell personal information to third parties.  Furthermore,  we will not ask for and/or require sensitive information such as national identity, social security, tax ID, or driver's license number. 

Opt-Out & Modification Policy

Our opt-out policy of further contact via email is available and voluntary.   At any time, you can choose to no longer receive *promotional emails from us. You are always provided with each communications the opportunity to opt out of receiving such messages in the future by clicking on the link at the bottom of the email that says “unsubscribe.”   You may also opt out by calling or faxing 1-800-242-5314 (international: 864-297-5054).    You will also have the option of modifying your information such as:  updating and deleting information by clicking on the link at the bottom of the email that says "change preferences."  In either case, the option to "unsubscribe" or "change preferences" are clearly marked and provide immediate results desired.  This is how the options will be presented at the bottom of each email:  "This email was sent by College Of The Open Bible, 330 East Coffee Street, Greenville, South Carolina 29601.  You can change your preferences or unsubscribe from this mailing list at any time. Or by calling or faxing 1-800-242-5314 (international: 864-297-5054)."

No Computer Tracking of Identifiable Information

Our computer is not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information about its visitors. It does recognize the home server of visitors, but not e-mail addresses. For example, we can tell which Internet Service Provider our visitors use, but not the names, addresses or other information about our visitors that would allow us to identify the particular visitors to our sites.
