  • BLM is Pro-abortion   Quote:  ‘We deserve and thus we demand reproductive justice [aka abortion] that gives us autonomy over our bodies and our identities while ensuring that our children and families are supported, safe, and able to thrive.’ Aborted children don’t thrive.  BLM groups announced ‘solidarity’ with ‘reproductive justice’ groups back in February 2015. One cannot simultaneously fight violence while celebrating it.
  • BLM Supports The Abomination of Homosexuality.  Quote:  ‘We foster a queer‐affirming network. When we gather, we do so with the intention of freeing ourselves from the tight grip of heteronormative thinking.’ The Bible is unambiguous about sexuality.  Loving every human being is not the same as loving every human doing.
  • BLM Is Fostering Lies To Generate Their Ideology.   Thier premise isn’t true. According to the FBI’s latest homicide statistics,  A black person is eleven times more likely to be killed by someone of their own race than a white person. Also, a comprehensive 2019 study concluded: ‘White officers are NOT more likely to shoot minority civilians than non-White officers.’ Every loss of life is tragic, but Washington Post’s database on police-involved deaths puts things into context. In 2020, among those killed were 76 black males and 149 white males (whose deaths don’t get reported by national mainstream media).\

Black Lives Matter knows their only obstacle to perpetrating their agenda of a communist state is that America is a nation of an immensely powerful influence of the redeemed of the Lord.  As Christians, we must not mistake God's involvement and influence over America.  As the constitution provides protections that reflects the very image of God – like due process and equal protection – implicitly introduced other ideals such as a strong belief in justice and a belief in fairness. These have permeated far beyond the realm of government.  As Born Again Believers, our human sensibilities are offended by unfairness in every context of contemporary life – from the schoolyard to college admissions to the athletic fields and religious circles.

Obviously, black lives matter as do all human life.  As Christians we do not subscribe to one race of humanity over another.  We believe all are sinners and must come to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ. It is NOT Black or White Power that matters... BUT THE POWER OF THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST (Romans 1:16).

Sincerely, Dr. Arthur Belanger

GOD vs. Black Lives Matters  - Reasons Why Christians Don't Support BLM...

  • They are anti-capitalism.We are anti-capitalist. We believe and understand that Black people will never achieve liberation under the current global racialized capitalist system.’  Capitalism is biblical and proven to be best way to elevate people of all races out of material poverty? Capitalism is why the United States is the most charitable nation.
  • BLM  pursue abolishing prisons and police forces. They know it will create chaos and anarchy.  Quote: ‘We believe that prisons, police and all other institutions that inflict violence on Black people must be abolished…’  Defund and remove the police have been rallying cries. That would be anarchy in any community. Obviously we should advocate some needed police reforms, including more accountability and better community/ police relations, but abolish is foolishness and not biblical.
  • BLM  completely ignore fatherhood. Quote: ‘We disrupt the Western-prescribed nuclear family structure requirement by supporting each other as extended families and villages that collectively care for one another, especially our children, to the degree that mothers, parents, and children are comfortable.’ Well, every ‘village’ that has fatherless families is a village that suffers higher crime rates, higher drug usage, higher abortion rates, higher drop-out rates, higher poverty rates, and so much more. Fathers are the foundation of the family.
