Book of Romans Chapter Two.
There is nothing more disturbing than people who are going to hell when they think they are going to heaven.  The apostle Paul reveals God's attitude towards those who think they are good enough or are not as bad as others.

The Bible is not a catalog of multiple options. The Bible is God's provision for direction that is moved by eternal values. Yet so many feel they can choose their own way in life and still meet a standard of righteousness apart from God's help.  Man apart from Christ is in a state of perpetually arguing with God.

The highway of reality is the Bible. The Holy Spirit will never direct us contrary to the Word of God. Thus the fundamental concern for the believer is to understand the Word of God as the only means for direction. The Bible is the only resolve that instills a pure ambition for the glory of God. Hiding God's Word in our hearts is the only way to be discerning and receptive of  God's will.
